The Aore Ferry Café is located on the Luganville waterfront. When taking a taxi or asking for directions, tell your driver “Smugglers Restaurant” the former name of the location.

Regular transfer hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–3:30 pm.

Transfers outside these hours and on weekends are by prior arrangement only and must be booked in advance..

All Aore Island tours depart from Phoenix Plantation, Ambuei Bay, Aore Island, located on the eastern side of Aore Island.

The Aore Island public landing is on the northern side of the island
It is approximately:-

3 km from Phoenix Plantation
8 km from Michelle Beach

If you are dropped at the public landing, car transport is required to reach Phoenix Plantation or Michelle Beach.

Where is Phoenix Plantation on Aore
Phoenix Plantation is on the eastern side of Aore Island, approximately 10 minutes by boat from Santo/Luganville.

When weather and sea conditions permit, boats can travel directly from Santo to Phoenix Plantation.

In unsuitable conditions, transfers may arrive at the Aore Island public landing on the northern side, followed by approximately 3 km by car to Phoenix Plantation.
